Returns Policy

The consumer contracts regulations 2013 allows you to cancel your goods within 14 days of ordering or if  already dispatched within 14 days of delivery to you. Notification of cancellation must be given in writing to us at-

The goods must be returned to us within a further 14 days of cancellation or delivery.

The cost for the return of the goods and liability for them will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Provided, The goods are returned in a new unused and saleable condition in their original packaging your credit will be issued including any delivery charge made. Subject to the following :-

Goods that have been used, installed or damaged during installation or had any Manufacturers seals or similar packaging removed will not be considered as resalable, nor will any goods that have been unpacked and trial or test fitted.

The returned goods will be sent to our suppliers for inspection and report and if accepted by them for credit a refund will be issued to you. Please allow up to 14 working days for this. Some suppliers will make a restocking charge

This right of cancellation does not apply where goods are specifically made to your specification or personalised at your request or specially ordered by us on your behalf. Goods sold on a trade supply basis are not returnable.

Your Statutory Rights Are Not Affected by any of these terms.
